2015 Race Video

A great recap of the 2015 race by everyones favourite Turtles!

Important: Rules update

This years race will make use of electronic ‘dibbers’ these are special wrist bands worn by each competitor that can be used to record timings at 4 checkpoints. Please visit the Race Rules page and familiarise yourself with the amended rules that will apply to this new system.

Website Relaunched!

We’ve revamped the website to coincide with the opening of entry for the 2015 event (brave I know!!). If you find any problems or see any strange messages, please let us know via the contact form.

The show will go on! Date for 2015

After concern was expressed by many as to the future of the event, some people have emerged from the woodwork who are keen to keep it alive.  This is a great relief for many, not least myself, who for once will be able to run it without having to ‘run it’!

Chris Roberts, recently retired constable of the watch and back working for us again, is the man leading the team who intend to push on; and I can say that with him at the helm I have every confidence it will be very well organised.

The date for next year will be Saturday 4th July 2015.
